The measurement of health related fitness is an important component in the design and management of an individuals exercise programme.

After completing your medical history forms, you will perform various health and fitness tests in the following five areas :

The purpose of this assessment is to firstly, compare your test results against current age and gender-matched norm results which will indicate your present fitness levels. Enliven will then use this information to help design and develop an exercise programme specifically tailor made for you.

Secondly, the assessment results will provide the information required for us to establish reasonable and attainable fitness goals that follow the SMART principle. Lastly, from the information gathered from this and further tests carried out, every 6 to 12 weeks, an accurate evaluation of the progress can be made.
