Following an initial consultation, a specific and varied health and fitness programme will be planned to suit your individual needs and your strengths, and weaknesses to best achieve your personal aims and goals in a safe and realistic timeframe.
I will design a bespoke exercise programme that will integrate the latest training techniques with vast exercise knowledge, along with providing direction, education and motivation in a supportive environment, that will give each and every client the best possible chance of success.
Your programme will consist of cardio-vascular and resistance training exercises, as well as an abdominal and core stability workout and flexibility improvements.
I will regularly re-evaluate and measure your progress, to give you the opportunity to review your current goals and relay any feedback surrounding your ability to maintain your programme.
Before I work with you to create a personalised fitness regime that will help you reach your goals, I will provide an initial consultation, completely free of charge, to evaluate your previous and current level of health and fitness.
During the consultation I will discuss any goals that you may have and make sure they all follow the SMART principle, as each goal needs to be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound.
The consultation also gives us the chance to get to know each other before you begin the process of training. You can talk openly about your personal fitness aspirations and where you feel you need help.
By combining what I learn in the consultation with what I learn by talking with you about your personal fitness goals and concerns, I will be able to work with you to build a workout strategy that will help you see quick results.
